		<description><![CDATA[An interesting review, thank Scotte.   It seems that peppery finishes affect different tasters differently.  The kindest finish I&#039;d say, would be what I believe you are calling a &quot;spice burn&quot;.  Clove-like.

Next up the &quot;burn scale&quot; might be a black peppery finish.  Not as sweet, or &quot;spicy&quot; as the clove/spice finish.  More, uh, pepper-like.  Last is the white pepper finish.  There is no pretense of flavor here at all - just fine, prickly heat.  Hot!

Now Sue Sea and I actually like a nice chest warming finish, particularly those of the clove/spicy burn and (black) peppery variety.  

It is also well to note that chest warming (vs mouth warming) are associated with the more aged rums.   I&#039;ve published more about these over at the Rum Project (linked through my name, above) and at the RP Forum.
