You are correct, the Castries product is fantastic. I also find your site quite a good place for reviews and information about rum. My wife and I run a rum shack (or rum shop) in St. Lucia called Skeeterz Rum Bar. Would really like to stay up to speed with your site, but it looks like you are/have taken some time off. I recently tried this rum at the Indy Spirits Expo in New York and it was definitely the most memorable of all the liquors there. Pisco came in at a close second but in its own right.
